In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, improvised space planning and implementation of cutting-edge sanitization technology enabled residents at The Capstone at Royal Palm to continue receiving visitors without fear of contracting the virus. Upon entering the community, guests pass through a Cleanse® Portal that uses Far-UVC light to eliminate 90% of the viral load on clothing and personal items within 20 seconds. Visitation rooms include clear glass panels, providing residents and their visitors the ability to interact with limited obstruction. Two Cleanse Air Sanitizing Troffers installed at the delivery and receiving entrances continually clean and circulate the air throughout the community as well as trap pollutants and inactivate potentially harmful viruses and bacteria.
