Envision
Listening / Learning. We conduct one-on-one interviews, facilitate focus groups, and organize brainstorming sessions to ascertain ideas, priorities, and goals. By actively engaging with leadership, team members, and other key stakeholders, we work with you to develop a community plan.
Create
Now is the time to synthesize the research and explore potential opportunities and solutions. We hold a series of one-on-one meetings to refine goals, explore ideas, recognize risks, and identify a scope with options. The design team creates site and building layouts and upgrades to building systems and expansion options.
Confirm
During this final step, we confirm our findings and compile the data into a comprehensive actionable plan. We refine and test the plan before its implementation. This ensures the proposed strategies and solutions are feasible, realistic, and aligned with your vision, goals, and objectives that were discussed in the envisioning workshop. We finalize options and establish the preferred direction for the future development of your campus. We crossed the finish line!
