1. Envision:
Listening / Learning. The initial process begins with understanding your goals and objectives. The envisioning workshop involves conducting one-on-one interviews, facilitating focus groups, and organizing brainstorming sessions to ascertain ideas, priorities, and goals. We analyze and assess operational efficiencies, current and future marketability of the campus, existing services, and amenities. To enhance the marketability of the community, an assessment and analysis of existing building utilization and systems is needed to enhance what is successful and improve or replace what is not. By actively engaging with leadership, team members, and other key stakeholders, we work with you to develop a community plan.
2. Create
After gaining an understanding from the envisioning workshop findings, it is now time to synthesis the research and explore potential opportunities and possible solutions. We hold a series of one-on-one meetings to refine goals, explore ideas, recognize risks, and identify a scope with options. Next, the design team creates site and building layouts and continues the discussion on aesthetics, space planning, and upgrades to building systems and expansion options. During this time, Pi works closely with contractors to create a construction budget and phasing options, while continually reviewing city and state regulatory requirements.
3. Confirm
During this final step, we confirm our findings and compile the data into a comprehensive actionable plan. We refine and test the plan before its implementation. This ensures the proposed strategies and solutions are feasible, realistic, and aligned with your vision, goals, and objectives that were discussed in the envisioning workshop. We finalize options and establish the preferred direction for the future development of your campus. We crossed the finish line!
